Product Description

Tungsten carbide oil nozzles are usually adopted WC-Co or WC-Ni carbide (cobalt or nickle content is around 8%-15%). The wear resistance of nozzles which are made by tungsten carbide is 20-30 times compare to normal steel nozzles, service life of them is approximate 8000-15000 hours. The processing accuracy of diameters is
±0.005mm, surface finish Ra≤0.4μm, accuracy of angles±1°. Besides, tungsten carbide oil nozzles also can work well in some extreme conditions, for examples, low temperature (-196℃) and high temperature (850℃).
