Tungsten carbide conical valve seat is a wear-resistant component that achieves fluid control through the cooperation of conical sealing surface and valve core. Based on the function of the valve seat itself, choosing hard alloy material can give it ultra-high hardness and wear resistance. In special working conditions, such as wellhead throttle valves in oil and gas, or regulating valves in the chemical industry, valves will come into contact with acidic and alkaline corrosive media. In this case, choosing WC Ni is also a good choice.

In general, the conical valve seat can achieve high pressure and zero leakage through conical line contact. Hard alloy material can bring a longer service life and reduce the frequency of replacement and maintenance.
