Every batch different grades material , we will do sample test the material composition , if sample test is fine , we will go into the batch material production, and also we have had the material record always. Every time after sintering process , our carbide blank engineer and QC will do the carbide blank inspection for the blank inside and outside , then go into the finishing machining production process.

For finishing machining process , engineer will work production process sheet , including different production process , QC will do inspection for every production step , when last production step is fine , will go to the next production step ;after complete all production , QC will do overview inspection for products according to customer’s drawing. If some production step sizes don’t reach the drawing need , QC will let workers rework production. If rework fails, the product will be scrapped and a new one will be produced.
