Product Description

Customized carbide cutting tools have different grain sizes to meet different using conditions of customers. Submicron grain sizes (0.2-0.5μm) are more suitable for fine processing due to their high hardness and moderate bending strength. Coarse grain sizes (>1.5μm) are usually used to rough processing and constant cutting, which have better impact resistance.
