March 5, 2025 - In order to strengthen the professional skills of employees and consolidate the foundation of quality management,Zigong Xingyu Cemented Carbide Dies&Tolls Co., Ltd organized  product knowledge training for all employees in early March. The Training covered theoretical explanations, practical exercises and management ability improvement. Multi-dimensional content to help employees realize the leap from “operation expert” to “technical expert”.

On the training, the factory invited material experts to systematically explain the core knowledge of metallographic analysis and production process of Cemented Carbide. Combined with the cutting-edge technology of the industry, the experts analyzed the correlation between the microstructure of materials and the performance of products, and emphasized the key role of metallographic testing in quality control. Meanwhile, the technical team interpreted the international quality standards and production norms in detail through case analysis, which helped the staff to build up a complete knowledge system from the theoretical level.
